This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Strategize and execute outstanding in-person, digital, and hybrid event experiences.

• Oversee the complete event delivery process, encompassing digital program setup, invitations, registration, onsite technology, ticketing, client relationship management, and post-event activities.

• Organize events across US and Canadian venues as well as in digital formats.

• Participate in in-person events to ensure effective program execution.

• Provide post-event analytics.

• Handle event budgets, vendor partnerships, pricing, expense reporting, attendance tracking, and ROI analysis.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and develop expertise in event-specific compliance.

• Discover automation and cost-efficient digital solutions for event attendance, financial reporting, and enhancing client experiences.

• Develop project timelines, action plans, master agendas, and event schedules.

• Construct and configure event programs within technological platforms.

• Formulate testing plans and conduct testing and quality assurance with documented approvals.

• Coordinate event materials, agendas, production, and technology in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.

• Manage digital and hybrid event technology platforms.

• Implement risk management strategies, compliance measures, corporate security protocols, and contingency plans.

• Coordinate resources from portfolio managers, subject matter experts, speakers, and investment staff.

• Oversee the PM access process for Sales teams.

• Collaborate with Sales, Products and Marketing, IS, HRCA, Compliance, and Finance teams.

• Document event procedures and investigate event trends and technologies.

• Map customer journeys and devise contingencies to minimize friction.

• Research specifications for event-related technologies and workflows.

• Onboard vendors and manage quality assurance sign-offs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of event management experience in a corporate setting is required.

• Preferred experience in the financial services sector.

• Required proficiency in using Cvent for event registration, communications, and reporting.

• Comprehensive understanding of digital engagement within event marketing.

• Outstanding organizational, project management, and planning abilities.

• Proven track record in managing both in-person and digital events.

• Excellent vendor management and budgeting capabilities, including pricing negotiations, invoicing, and recordkeeping.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.

• In-depth knowledge of digital event experiences and virtual events via streaming platforms like Cvent and Zoom Events.

• Strong familiarity with CRM software, such as Adobe Marketo and Salesforce.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Valid work authorization for Canada is required.

• Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
