This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing strategies aimed at achieving business objectives.
• Design and execute comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns to enhance brand and product visibility, boost sales conversions, and increase audience registrations.
• Collaborate with the show team to generate themes, ideas, and concepts that captivate and engage target demographics.
• Ensure that all content aligns with the brand identity and strategic goals.
• Partner on targeted social media initiatives and channels to raise awareness, drive registrations, and foster community engagement.
• Coordinate pre-event communications with customers in conjunction with the sales team.
• Craft and refine messaging for advertisers, attendees, and sponsors.
• Work alongside partners to disseminate content across various paid, owned, and earned media channels.
• Oversee the production and approval processes for campaign materials.
• Supervise attendee communications related to onboarding, promotions, and logistical operations.
• Provide team tracking and reporting, and facilitate the creation of post-event reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to analyze key data points using platforms such as HubSpot and Power BI.
• Build and sustain relationships with Sales, Content, Sales Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Operations teams.
• Oversee registration processes to improve customer experience and meet data and marketing objectives.
• Undertake additional marketing tasks as required.
• Experience in event marketing; familiarity with ticketed marketing campaigns is advantageous.
• Proficient in email marketing and marketing automation tools.
• Skilled in creating various marketing content, including emails, web copy, brochures, and advertisements.
• Background in digital marketing, including email marketing, lead generation, and PPC.
• Experience working with agencies and collaborative partners.
• Strategic thinker and team-oriented individual comfortable in a matrix organizational structure.
• Creative mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and initiate new projects.
• Knowledge of SEO campaigns and strategies is a plus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications is beneficial.
• Experience with WordPress is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
