This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Take charge of all aspects of event execution as the Facility Administrator and primary contact for competitions at designated venues.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for contracted personnel, including the Equipment Manager, VolleyStation Technician, and Security Manager.
• Create and present venue-specific standard operating procedures and informational playbooks for game day.
• Organize floor layouts, venue logistics, internet and power requirements, load-in/loadout schedules, run-of-show, room assignments, staffing, catering, arrivals/departures, fan engagement, sponsorship activations, and security measures.
• Provide facility-related information to sponsors, media, broadcasting teams, and other external collaborators.
• Act as a resource for teams, media, LOVB staff, volunteers, and partners before, during, and after events.
• Relay event logistics to LOVB Central Staff and ensure all requests and requirements are met.
• Coordinate setups in team areas and match-day duties with Pro Operations and event personnel.
• Implement competition events and enhance positive experiences for athletes, staff, volunteers, partners, and fans.
• Assist in formulating Emergency Action Plans.
• Source third-party staffing, security, rentals, and other event-related partners.
• Oversee equipment delivery, installation, return, storage, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Organize, train, and schedule volunteers and game day staff for court operations.
• Develop plans for home events with Pro Operations, including production timelines, staffing plans, action items, and deadlines.
• Engage in post-event evaluation meetings.
• Maintain event-specific budgets and operate within approved financial limits.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and assigned Pro city offsite storage inventory and maintenance.
• Provide post-event analysis and continuously enhance event experiences.
• Keep detailed records of event information and timelines.
• Deliver events with an emphasis on sustainability and reuse.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with a distributed remote team.
• Proficiency in handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks with limited guidance.

• 4–6 years of experience in event management or coordination for sports events is required.
• Experience in facilities operations.
• Supervisory experience with game day staff, volunteers, and/or other roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in volleyball.
• Proficiency in operating a computer and using a keyboard, mouse, and video conferencing tools.
• Availability to work nights and weekends, and to be present for all home venue competitions from January to April.
• Ability to communicate clearly via video, phone, and written channels.
• Occasional travel may be necessary for site visits and events.
