This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing chaplain-led events globally.

• Ensures the effective execution of Standard and Specialized Logistical Support Packages (LSPs).

• Manages the complete lifecycle of events listed on the Authorized Event List (AEL).

• Secures and supervises meeting venues, accommodations, catering, audiovisual support, childcare, transportation, curriculum, and training activities.

• Coordinates external presenters and guarantees their preparedness for scheduled event delivery.

• Provides on-site administrative support, including registration, room arrangement, distribution of training materials, name badges, attendance tracking, and certificates.

• Processes event requests, attendee registrations, and travel necessities.

• Maintains event data, compliance documentation, and financial reconciliation.

• Ensures that services adhere to relevant Army Regulations, FAR/JTR travel rules.

• Manages vendor background checks and incident reporting as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning.

• At least 3 years of experience supporting senior-level (General Officer / SES / Corporate) events.

• Experience in managing federal government events or an equivalent background.

• Proven experience in large-scale, multi-location event logistics.

• Active Secret clearance is required.

• Certified Government Meeting Professional (CGMP) or Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or an equivalent certification in event management/hospitality.

• Strong skills in organization, budgeting, and vendor management.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with potential for worldwide travel.
