Events Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and implement event strategies that align with business goals across São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and other significant Brazilian markets.

• Coordinate third-party conferences, proprietary branded events, and strategic dinners with essential customers and prospects.

• Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Develop engaging event messaging that appeals to Brazilian business audiences.

• Oversee event budgets and timelines from start to finish.

• Evaluate event outcomes and offer suggestions for future enhancements.

• Foster and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors throughout Brazil.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in event management, including at least three years in technology event marketing.

• Fluent in Portuguese, with proficiency in English required.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Brazilian tech landscape and key industry events, including those in São Paulo and other regions.

• Experience collaborating with Brazilian event agencies and production partners.

• Preference for candidates based in São Paulo.
