This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of regional field marketing events, partner gatherings, webinars, and corporate marketing initiatives.
• Keep track of event timelines, task lists, registration information, calendars, and planning documents to ensure programs remain on schedule.
• Oversee event logistics such as venues, catering, shipping, promotional materials, attendee lists, signage, and onsite arrangements.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, partner alliances, and content teams to enhance event promotion, attendee targeting, and follow-up efforts.
• Aid in collecting event requirements, deadlines, creative needs, speaker information, and securing internal approvals.
• Act as the primary coordination point for assigned events, escalating issues and making decisions as necessary.
• Assist with vendor outreach, estimates, invoices, contracts, purchase requests, and budget monitoring.
• Keep organized records of events, including budgets, attendee reports, vendor details, and post-event documentation.
• Facilitate cost-effective planning while adhering to internal processes and brand standards.
• Support the execution of onsite and virtual events, which includes setup, registration, attendee assistance, materials, and post-event wrap-up.
• Manage post-event tasks such as updating attendee lists, lead handoff support, distributing surveys, and follow-up communications.
• Aid in basic event reporting, encompassing attendance, engagement, feedback, and lessons learned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in supporting marketing events, field marketing, corporate events, or similar marketing programs.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage deadlines, details, and multiple event workflows.
• Proven experience in coordinating logistics, vendors, attendee communications, and event materials.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, partners, and external vendors.
• Detail-oriented and proficient in tracking budgets, tasks, timelines, attendee lists, and post-event follow-up activities.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with a positive, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.
• Experience in supporting B2B technology, professional services, or partner-led events.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, registration tools, or project management systems.
• Background in supporting virtual, hybrid, or in-person events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office applications.
• Interest in developing repeatable event processes, templates, and best practices.
