This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and spearhead the corporate events strategy for flagship and tier 1 external events, ensuring alignment with company objectives through prioritization and investment.
• Take ownership of the complete event delivery process, guaranteeing measurable business outcomes and outstanding attendee experiences, while stepping in to lead critical workstreams as necessary.
• Establish high standards for event quality and attendee experience across all programs.
• Provide leadership for significant events, collaborating closely with executive producers and brand and content teams to shape the content, run of show, and overall experience.
• Oversee event production in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring excellence in branding, staging, audiovisual, logistics, and onsite delivery.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team while creating scalable processes and operational rigor.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and agency partnerships to optimize ROI and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership to align priorities and outcomes.
• Define success metrics and continuously enhance event performance, processes, and scalability.
• 10 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS corporate events, including approximately 5 years in leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams while effectively balancing strategic oversight and hands-on execution.
• Proven experience in managing complex, differentiated, high-visibility event experiences from inception to completion, emphasizing business impact.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with executive producers, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of event production, logistics, and experiential execution.
• Experience in managing budgets, vendors, and external partners, including sponsorships.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, collaboration, and executive communication.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to foster trusted relationships.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels within and outside the organization.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations within a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
