Senior Event Projektmanager/in – Pharma Events

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will lead the end-to-end implementation of multiple large-scale and highly complex projects, ensuring their successful execution from briefing to completion.

• You will serve as the primary senior-level contact for our clients, building trusting relationships and providing advice on project strategy, execution, and best practices.

• You will manage collaboration between internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with client standards, tools, processes, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.

• You will be responsible for project management, including timelines, budgets, risk management, resource planning, and reporting.

• You will identify challenges early, manage escalations, and maintain oversight even in demanding situations and during last-minute changes.

• You will support and develop team members while actively contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in event project management within an event agency, including extensive experience with clients in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare sectors.

• Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in healthcare, both in Germany and internationally.

• Proven experience in managing complex international projects, numerous stakeholders, and significant event budgets.

• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor and influence senior stakeholders on the client side.

• Excellent knowledge of participant management tools, particularly Cvent, along with strong operational project management skills.

• Proficient in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
