This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Assist in the execution of exceptional internal and customer-oriented events from inception to conclusion.
• Emphasize the operations and logistics involved in comprehensive event planning, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
• Take charge of planning and executing 25 Trade Shows where iT1 either exhibits or participates.
• Oversee virtual webinars and events from beginning to end, ensuring timely and accurate invoice reconciliation.
• Manage all facets of event execution, including venue coordination, exhibitor registrations, sponsorship deliverables, booth logistics, shipping, vendor management, and on-site support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to enhance event impact and achieve business objectives.
• Perform post-event analysis, reporting, and ROI measurement to foster continuous improvement.
• Develop the registration platform, prepare speakers, handle event marketing, manage attendee communications, and conduct post-event follow-ups.
• Proactively address issues during planning and on-site to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor attendee engagement and performance metrics to enhance future programs.
• Keep organized event data, including files, contracts, and post-event reports.
• Ensure all qualifying events partner with MDF funding.
• Accurately record all event expenses.
• Assist in annual budget planning to forecast the following year’s event schedule.
• Work with Marketing to enhance operational efficiencies and improve attendee experiences.
• Timely place shipment orders from warehouse inventory.
• Aid in tracking warehouse inventory for events.
• Research and place orders with SWAG vendors.
• Be a valuable resource to the Marketing department as needed and as time allows.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning, production, or operations.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant work experience is advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the capability to prioritize competing deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven ability to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances at short notice.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as event schedules necessitate.
• Demonstrated project management and budget management skills.
• Willingness to travel once every 4-8 weeks.
