📋 Description

• Provide care that prioritizes the best interests of patients, free from corporate administrative constraints.

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral health services through telehealth platforms.

• Engage in active collaboration within a team format alongside therapists and psychiatric/counselor providers.

• Attend regular monthly staffing meetings with collaborating prescribers to review patient cases and discuss clinical topics.

• Conduct clinical work from the comfort of your home.

• Manage an expanding caseload efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a full clinical license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) is mandatory.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as required.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing therapist is necessary.

• Previous experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities, is highly preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Strong organizational and time management skills are required.

• Must be proficient in utilizing computers and technology effectively.

• Prior experience in providing Telehealth services is preferred.
