European TCS Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead and innovate the Technical Customer Service (TCS) function throughout Europe

• Standardize and enhance TCS practices across various countries

• Improve customer satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality service

• Transform service into a key driver of after-sales growth and a competitive edge

• Create a scalable, future-ready service model, incorporating third-party ecosystems and fleet optimization

• Collaborate with local teams, evaluate existing operations, and foster alignment on the ground

• Promote ongoing improvement in customer satisfaction through KPIs, service quality, and responsiveness

• Ensure uniform, high-quality service delivery across different markets

• Serve as a significant voice for the customer within the organization

• Define and execute the European TCS strategy in line with business goals

• Assist local teams in structuring and enhancing their service organizations

• Lead the refinement of essential service processes and workflows

• Build and manage a strong network of third-party service providers

• Contribute to business expansion by integrating TCS value into tenders and contracts

• Identify and implement strategies to increase after-sales revenue

• Demonstrated experience in a service leadership role within an international setting

• Proven success in team leadership, coaching, and organizational development

• Ability to function effectively at both strategic and operational levels

• Experience in driving process enhancement and service transformation

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

• Comfortable navigating a matrix, cross-functional environment

• Proficiency in English is required

• Fluency in an additional European language (French or German is highly preferred)
