• Drive substantial revenue growth across the European market.
• Develop and nurture existing ECS fire sprinkler contractor relationships.
• Identify, analyze, and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Follow up and convert leads that are assigned as sales-qualified.
• Engage in cold calling and prospecting for new accounts and contacts.
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with customers.
• Provide education and training to customer teams on ECS products, services, and corrosion management techniques.
• Oversee the sales pipeline and manage opportunities through each phase of the sales process.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates in CRM records (Salesforce).
• Be responsible for meeting established internal and external KPIs.
• Actively participate in and engage with relevant industry organizations.
• Travel frequently throughout the UK and Ireland to assist customers.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Proven track record in successful account management or sales is essential.
