This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and present solutions to clients.
• Provide training and support to dealer and partner organizations.
• Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Establish long-lasting relationships with key accounts and partners.
• Create and uphold precise sales forecasts and strategic plans.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 3 years of demonstrated success in sales or business development.
• Strong grasp of aviation terminology.
• Proven capability to manage extended sales cycles and multiple accounts.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• In-depth training on comprehensive night vision solutions.
