This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Addressing customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and services.
β’ Engaging in communication through phone, email, and chat (approximately 85% back-office).
β’ Meticulous documentation using designated tools (e.g., Zendesk).
β’ Collaborating with the project team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
β’ You must reside in an EU country (excluding Germany) and possess a valid VAT ID.
β’ A strong passion for music and the ability to relate to international music brands.
β’ Excellent German language proficiency, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage.
β’ Prior experience in customer service or contact centers (via phone, email, or chat).
β’ You demonstrate reliability, structured work habits, and a sense of responsibility.
β’ Punctual, resilient, and a team player.
β’ Technical requirements: stable internet connection, headset, and a quiet workspace.
