This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Ensure comprehensive management of facilities services and personnel administration processes for the project, leading the execution and control of contracts, critical services, labor obligations, and employee requirements to guarantee operational continuity, regulatory compliance, safety and quality standards, and an organized and efficient work environment in the field.
• Manage the contracts for ground transportation of personnel and visitors comprehensively, ensuring availability, quality, safety, and adherence to agreed service levels.
• Supervise and inspect transportation services and vehicles, identifying risks and verifying compliance with safety standards, occupational health regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Manage national air transportation services, ensuring timely attention to operational requirements, compliance with corporate policies, and service quality.
• Oversee accommodation services for workers and visitors, coordinating reservations, validating contractual conditions, and ensuring compliance with established rates and service standards.
• Address and coordinate user requirements related to accommodation, transportation, and other assigned services, ensuring efficient and timely support.
• Manage billing, valuation, and compliance of the services under your responsibility, validating consumptions, processing approvals (HES), and ensuring proper budget execution.
• Oversee and control assigned facilities contracts and services, ensuring compliance with technical, economic, and contractual conditions, as well as continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Supervise labor compliance of contractors, conducting audits and periodic controls to verify the proper application of labor regulations, internal procedures, and corporate standards set by Statkraft.
• Manage the personnel management processes for the project comprehensively, including hiring, amendments, document management, labor incidents, payroll, and termination processes, ensuring adherence to current legislation and corporate policies.
• Provide support and assistance to employees, addressing inquiries related to personnel administration, benefits, internal policies, and other labor-related issues, promoting a positive employee experience.
• Manage labor relations and discipline in the field, addressing labor conflicts, applying corrective measures in accordance with current regulations, and fostering a conducive work environment.
• Coordinate and ensure compliance with labor and regulatory obligations, addressing requirements from auditing entities, both internal and external, and ensuring proper implementation of the Internal Work Regulations.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and wellness programs, ensuring adequate induction, training, and participation of employees in organizational development and wellness initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or graduated in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Desired specialization in Labor Legislation and Personnel Administration.
• Knowledge in personnel administration (Contracts, disciplinary measures, labor documentation, etc.).
• Experience in managing offices, camps, and/or general services in companies in the sector or similar.
• Administration of service contracts for personnel (accommodation, taxis, vehicle fleet, etc.).
• Knowledge of labor legislation.
• Proficiency in T-registro, PLAME, AFPNet.
• Payroll and taxation knowledge.
• Advanced Office skills.
• Payroll and personnel expense accounting.
• Intermediate English (Writing and Conversation).
• A minimum of 4 years in similar positions.
