This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Assess and authorize AI-generated responses prior to addressing customer concerns.
• Modify or compose replies as necessary to guarantee precision and alignment with brand voice.
• Identify edge cases or emerging trends for internal escalation.
• Manage between 100-200 tickets daily, contingent upon volume and complexity.
• Operate within platforms such as Shopify and other integrated e-commerce tools.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in eCommerce.
• Exceptional written English skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient use of AI tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, direct-to-consumer brands, or helpdesk tools such as Gorgias and Richpanel.
