This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Consult with clients regarding EMR optimization initiatives.
• Offer best practices to ensure client success with the EMR system.
• Execute complex configurations to enhance workflow efficiencies.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every interaction.
• Conduct training for client users during deployment to ease the training load on the project team.
• Provide continuous product education for current customers.
• Report bug fixes to the appropriate personnel as necessary.
• Take initiative to enhance personal growth in product knowledge.
• Support the deployment team with onboarding responsibilities.
• Requires up to 10% travel.
• Education: Must obtain relevant product certifications within 90 days of employment.
• Experience:
• Over 2 years of experience delivering customer service/support to commercial clients.
• Familiarity with using and troubleshooting business applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skills:
• Capability to communicate effectively with professional clients at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in oral presentations, training, and public speaking.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, internet applications, email, and browser-based tools.
