This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee a team of Customer Care Advocates
β’ Offer coaching, direction, and assistance to achieve team objectives
β’ Perform live call evaluations and monitoring
β’ Address and resolve escalations through multi-channel support
β’ Assess processes for ongoing enhancement
β’ 3-5 years of experience in customer service leadership
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management software
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential
