This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• Collaborate closely with Field Sales Professionals and Customer Support to devise strategies aimed at maintaining and enhancing Customer Accounts.
• Install, onboard, and train clinic personnel in the utilization of IDEXX products and services.
• Identify further customer needs and propose effective solutions.
• Assist with essential customer requirement visits by providing onsite technical support.
• Conduct field visits to customers while managing your own schedule and travel arrangements.
• Utilize various programs to organize customer visits and ensure their satisfaction.
• Address and resolve customer issues and challenges related to products and services.
• Relay customer requirements for additional products and services to the sales team.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a veterinary clinic, with a preference for those with a training and/or practice management background.
• Proficiency in both Finnish and English.
• Capability to establish relationships with individuals of various personalities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent customer and peer relationship management.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective listening abilities and adaptability to various situations.
• Comfort in learning and utilizing technology such as computers, tablets, and smartphones.
• Experience in computer networking is preferred.
