This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Provide exceptional customer support through both phone and email communications;
• Assist customers with fundamental network connectivity challenges, including troubleshooting Wi-Fi and Ethernet;
• Analyze the root causes of technical issues and deliver clear, step-by-step guidance to users without technical backgrounds;
• Accurately log issues, solutions, and troubleshooting methods in the system;
• Refer complex or unresolved problems to the appropriate teams as necessary;
• Manage sensitive customer information with utmost care and security;
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional team members.
• Proficient in German (C1/C2, both spoken and written) and English (B2+/C1);
• Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity;
• Capable of troubleshooting common connectivity problems;
• Strong organizational abilities to effectively manage and prioritize multiple requests;
• High attention to detail;
• Personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8GB of RAM and a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
• Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM–6 PM, CET;
