This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Develop and nurture relationships with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), family offices, Chief Investment Officers (CIOs), and advanced wealth management firms.
• Create new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking efforts.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential advisor partnerships.
• Transform opportunities into enduring client relationships and ETF allocations.
• Enhance the firm’s visibility within the evidence-based investing sector.
• Educate advisors on ETF implementation, portfolio design, tax-efficient investing, and long-term investment strategies.
• Act as a reliable resource for advisors assessing investment implementation choices.
• Differentiate the firm’s investment philosophy through insightful, consultative discussions.
• Establish credibility and long-term relationships grounded in trust and expertise.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine business development strategies and market positioning.
• Contribute to marketing efforts, advisor education, and thought leadership content.
• Represent the firm at conferences, industry events, and advisor meetings.
• Provide market insights to influence future product positioning and growth strategies.
• Over 5 years of experience in ETF distribution, asset management, wealth management, or business development for financial advisors.
• Proven track record in generating new business and fostering advisor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of ETFs, portfolio construction, investment markets, and principles of evidence-based investing.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to convey complex investment concepts in a straightforward and practical way.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through and pipeline management capabilities.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred; industry licenses (Series 7, 63, 65, or CFA) are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Base salary may vary based on factors such as experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location of work, and the applicant’s skill set.
• The base salary is just one element of the overall compensation package.
