Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Execute a significant volume of quotes throughout the US with efficiency and precision.

• Provide estimates that adhere to our Gold Standard regarding accuracy, turnaround time, and competitive pricing.

• Approach each quote with a solution-focused mindset, balancing customer requirements with profitability.

• Adhere to established QA processes and workflows while proactively identifying and highlighting gaps or inefficiencies.

• Communicate effectively and proactively with team leads and senior estimators, escalating issues promptly.

• Consistently achieve service level targets and KPIs in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.

• Assist senior team members with additional tasks and contribute to the overall team performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in estimating, quoting, operations, or procurement.

• Familiarity with estimating tools, quoting platforms, or ERP systems.

• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.

• A proactive, solution-driven mindset with sound judgment on when to escalate issues.

• Clear and concise communication abilities.

• Capability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.

• High level of ownership, motivation, and consistency under pressure.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

• Fluency in English.

• Nice to Have: Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Exposure to value engineering or cost optimization projects.

• Background in landscaping, horticulture, or wholesale plant materials.
