Estimating Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team to provide accurate estimates.

• Establish the vision, define standards, and develop the quality control process.

• Monitor performance and assess accuracy based on estimator and type of deal.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in construction estimating.

• Developed detailed cost estimates for residential renovations, general contracting, or construction projects.

• Proficient in material takeoffs, labor costing, and subcontractor scoping.

• Experience in leading a team and providing clear direction.

• Self-motivated individual who thrives without the need for micro-management.

• Capability to think systematically and ensure the preservation of accurate estimates.
