Estimating Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Collaborate with the team to create estimates

• Familiarize yourself with various deal types

• Evaluate each estimator's performance

• Identify discrepancies in estimates and understand the reasons behind them

• Establish a clear vision

• Mentor and assess accuracy based on estimator and deal type

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in construction estimating

• Developed detailed cost estimates for residential renovations, general contracting, or construction projects

• Proficient in material takeoffs, labor pricing, and subcontractor scoping

• Capable of managing upward and safeguarding the estimate as the definitive truth

• Self-motivated individual who thrives without requiring close supervision

• Ability to conceptualize systems and create processes that enhance estimate quality
