Estate Planning and Probate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage probate litigation and disputes related to estates

• Assist in matters of probate administration and associated proceedings

• Perform legal research and create motions, pleadings, and other legal documents

• Review case files and contribute to litigation strategy

• Support ongoing cases from initiation to resolution

• Attend court hearings and appearances as necessary

• Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case progression

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida

• Reside in South Florida or be willing to attend in-person hearings as required

• At least 5+ years of experience in probate and litigation

• Strong preference for candidates with probate litigation experience; general litigation experience may be considered if it includes substantial probate exposure

• Experience in estate planning and/or guardianship matters is advantageous, but not mandatory

• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical abilities

• Capable of managing multiple cases effectively while meeting deadlines

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously

• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not essential.
