📋 Description

• Assist in the process of maintaining, organizing, validating, and updating the data used by the Quality PAD team, ensuring that the information is reliable, consistent, and ready for report generation.

• Support reporting activities in SAP BO, including data extraction, updating recurring reports, data verification, and enhancing reporting logic where applicable.

• Aid in the creation, maintenance, and improvement of dashboards in Power BI, including data preparation, updating visualizations, enhancing the usability of panels, and supporting the recurring generation of management reports.

• Contribute to the Quality Management System through data, dashboards, AI tools, automation flows, and structured digital solutions.

• Assist in the development and enhancement of AI-enabled solutions, including prompt engineering, testing AI tools, documenting use cases, and supporting practical implementation.

• Support workflows in Power Automate and other automation initiatives, assisting with testing, documentation, data entry, monitoring, and identifying improvement opportunities.

• Contribute to basic programming activities, script creation, data processing, or tool improvements as applicable, under the guidance of the team.

• Communicate clearly with the Quality team and other stakeholders to clarify data requirements, reporting needs, dashboard updates, and improvement opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mandatory knowledge in data management, dashboard development, Artificial Intelligence tools, and prompt engineering.

• Familiarity with SAP BO, Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, programming concepts, or script development will be considered an advantage.

• Advanced level of English is necessary for communication; fluency in English is a plus.

• Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work in an international environment.

• Strong analytical skills and interest in data management, report generation, dashboards, automation, and AI-supported workflows.

• Good understanding of data organization, data quality, reporting logic, and structured documentation.

• Systematic, reliable, and independent work approach, with attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.

• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

• Ease in preparing structured documentation, summaries, and presentations.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
