This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist students, companies, and educational institutions with registration and promotion of opportunities.
• Update client registrations;
• Enter data for internship programs, ensuring the database remains current;
• Guide the audience served to the Portal pages according to the requested services;
• Address client inquiries regarding products and services;
• Provide assistance and register new clients;
• Help maintain the database (client registration);
• Conduct technical promotion of products;
• Respond to clients via email, phone, and WhatsApp for information regarding processes.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing Technology, Human Resources Management, Advertising and Propaganda, or related fields;
• Basic knowledge of the Office Suite and/or G-Suite is required, along with ease in handling computerized systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as a willingness to engage in tasks that require focus.
• Must have at least 1 year remaining to complete your degree/internship.
• Reside in São Paulo, SP.
