This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Identify, reach out to, and oversee healthcare organizations (such as hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes)
• Engage in outbound prospecting through various methods including calls and emails
• Articulate and present the platform’s value proposition (SaaS solution)
• Facilitate the onboarding and activation of new accounts within the marketplace
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers
• Qualify leads and manage the sales and activation pipeline
• Ensure accurate tracking of activities in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee successful implementations
• Conduct regular follow-ups to progress opportunities through the sales funnel
• Achieve and surpass KPIs (calls, conversions, activations, follow-ups)
• 2–3 years of applicable experience (1.5 years may be considered for exceptional candidates)
• Demonstrated experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, healthcare, or facility recruiting
• Proven ability to engage with decision-makers and deliver compelling sales presentations
• Understanding of prospecting, lead generation, and sales follow-up processes
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly AI, or similar)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong resilience, persistence, and a results-oriented approach
• Capability to work autonomously and achieve targets
