This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and services with agent-based AI capabilities.

• Implement intelligent agent-based workflows, integrations, business logic, and automation.

• Build and integrate APIs, services, microservices, and backend/frontend components in line with project scope.

• Participate in the technical design of solutions focused on scalability, security, and maintainability.

• Integrate models, AI tools, decision engines, and business information sources.

• Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to development best practices.

• Collaborate with architecture, data, product, process, and business teams.

• Identify performance, reliability, and evolution improvements for implemented solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software development and building enterprise solutions.

• Knowledge of software architecture, service integration, and API-oriented development.

• Experience in implementing or utilizing agent-based AI solutions, autonomous agents, or intelligent assistants.

• Proficiency in development best practices, version control, testing, and technical documentation.

• Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

• Experience integrating components with corporate systems, databases, and external services.

• Skill in translating functional requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Experience in intelligent automation, applied AI, or digital products with cognitive components is a plus.

• Technical judgment to propose sustainable and high-impact solutions is valued.
