This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.
• Execute operational tasks utilizing applied AI (beyond just chat): information analysis, data extraction and cleansing, writing and standardization, error detection, report generation, and the creation of checklists and procedures.
• Leverage AI tools to automate and expedite work processes (examples include): ChatGPT / GPTs, Claude, spreadsheets, templates, workflows, extensions, assistants, etc.
• Transform ambiguous requests into clear actions: identify missing elements, request accurate data, determine the next steps, and document the process.
• Ensure quality and traceability: log requests in a ticket/task system before execution, provide evidence, and close tasks properly.
• Customer service: maintain cordial and professional communication, follow up, and document minutes/evidence when applicable.
• Continuously improve processes: suggest enhancements (templates, prompts, checklists) to minimize errors and save time.
• AI in daily tasks: you use AI for your work, not just for experimentation.
• Demonstrable experience: you can present real examples (excluding sensitive data) of how you resolved issues with AI: prompts, workflows, tables, outputs, before/after scenarios.
• Proficient in tools: Excel/Sheets (filters, tables, cleansing), web tools, task/ticket management (preferably Zoho).
• Quality control: you validate AI results methodically (no blind trust).
• Sound judgment and decision-making: you prioritize, identify risks, and escalate when necessary.
• Process adherence: you follow established steps, document, and leave evidence; no improvisation.
• Essential tools: ChatGPT, GPTs, Claude, Code, API Development, Linux.
• Desirable experience: background in operations, support, quality control, PMO, or back office roles.
• Experience in creating simple automations (templates, macros, workflows, integrations).
• Knowledge of Zoho (Desk/Projects/Cliq/Analytics) or another helpdesk/CRM system.
