This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute operational tasks utilizing applied AI (beyond just chat): information analysis, data extraction and cleaning, writing and standardization, error detection, report generation, checklist creation, and procedure development.

• Employ AI tools to automate and expedite work processes (examples include): ChatGPT / GPTs, Claude, spreadsheets, templates, workflows, extensions, assistants, etc.

• Transform ambiguous requests into clear actions: identify missing elements, request accurate data, determine the next steps, and document the process.

• Ensure quality and traceability: log requests in a ticket/task system prior to execution, provide evidence, and close tasks appropriately.

• Customer service: maintain cordial and professional communication, follow up, and provide minutes/evidence when applicable.

• Continuously improve processes: suggest enhancements (templates, prompts, checklists) to minimize errors and save time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Daily use of AI: you utilize AI in your work, not just for experimentation.

• Demonstrable: you can showcase real examples (without sensitive data) of how you solved issues using AI: prompts, workflows, tables, outputs, before/after comparisons.

• Proficiency in tools: Excel/Sheets (filters, tables, cleaning), web tools, and task/ticket management (preferably Zoho).

• Quality control: you validate AI results methodically (not relying blindly).

• Judgment and decision-making: you prioritize tasks, identify risks, and escalate when necessary.

• Processes: you adhere to steps, document actions, and provide evidence; no improvisation.
