ESG Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct on-site verifications for SLCP, which include reviewing documents, interviewing stakeholders, and performing facility walkthroughs.

• Execute environmental assessments in accordance with Higg FEM and RBA environmental modules.

• Direct audits towards chemical management, energy consumption, water usage, and waste management systems.

• Prepare comprehensive audit reports that emphasize findings, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Work in collaboration with facility management and employees to gather precise information and provide constructive feedback.

• Adhere to SLCP and ISO 14001 standards, along with industry regulations and ethical principles throughout the verification procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a valid APSCA CSCA certification.

• Thorough understanding of both local and international labor standards.

• Experience with SLCP is considered a plus.

• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification is required.

• Qualified in RBA Environmental and Higg FEM modules.

• Background in conducting environmental audits within manufacturing environments.

• Proficiency in the local language.

• Strong capabilities in report writing and analytical thinking.

• Familiarity with systems related to chemicals, energy, water, and waste management.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Capacity to independently manage multiple assignments.
