This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Foster and sustain relationships with existing customers by building effective long-term connections with key decision makers.

• Enhance service offerings to current customers and achieve optimal customer penetration.

• Formulate and convey customer strategies for top clients, addressing opportunities, risk assessments, and growth and retention initiatives.

• Cultivate and manage a pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and strategic networking efforts.

• Comprehend customer operations and regulatory demands to craft tailored environmental solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer objectives.

• Stay informed about company services, business lines, and pricing models.

• Provide additional services, such as total waste stream management solutions, to enhance profitable revenue.

• Use CRM tools daily to schedule and document activities, follow up on leads, and develop opportunities.

• Observe market trends and competitive behaviors.

• Complete environmental service agreements, pricing proposals, customer onboarding documentation, reports, and other related paperwork.

• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Technical expertise with a grasp of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation capabilities.

• Ability to deliver high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Capacity to establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for managing pipelines and tracking performance.

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing position.

• Valid driver's license.

• 2–4 years of experience in the waste industry is preferred.
