ERP Technical Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage in requirements gathering and design workshops with clients to comprehend their ERP/ECM content management requirements.

• Evaluate existing client content architectures, data models, and source systems to facilitate effective migration and integration strategies.

• Develop, implement, and oversee content migrations from legacy ECM systems (such as OpenText, FileNet, etc.) to contemporary repositories (like Box, SharePoint Online, etc.) utilizing d4i.

• Extract, transform, and load both structured and unstructured content while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.

• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and post-migration quality assessments.

• Diagnose and resolve migration or integration challenges with minimal disruption to business operations.

• Report on migration progress, risks, and key performance indicators to project leadership.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the development of reusable migration patterns.

• Configure and implement d4SAP solutions that align with customer business processes.

• Assist with implementations across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including ArchiveLink and related document management scenarios.

• Provide solution walkthroughs and demonstrations to clients during the implementation phase.

• Aid in go-live activities and offer post-implementation support as necessary.

• Create and uphold technical and functional documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• BSc/BA degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in client-facing consulting or delivery.

• Experience with ERP + ECM implementation, migration, and/or integration.

• Presales support skills (including demos and technical Q&A).

• Possess an ownership mindset; accountable for results.

• Ability to balance hands-on delivery with customer engagement effectively.

• Eager and quick to learn new platforms and patterns.

• Capable of managing multiple workstreams within active projects.

• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
