ERP Support Consultant – Production

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As part of the Production team, you will assist our clients with both functional and technical inquiries regarding the proALPHA ERP system.

• You will engage with various topics in the production environment and play an active role in defining your technical area of expertise.

• Through your analyses and collaboration with customers and internal departments, you will ensure the stability and efficiency of business processes.

• There is potential for you to evolve into a team facilitator role over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree or vocational training in a technical or business-related field.

• Some experience with ERP software and customer support, along with an interest in production processes.

• Technical proficiency, confident use of IT systems and modern software solutions, and strong analytical skills.

• A service-oriented approach, structured working style, excellent communication skills, self-initiative, and a preference for diverse tasks.

• Proficient German language skills for effective communication with customers and internal teams; English language skills are an advantage.
