
ERP Manager – NetSuite

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take responsibility for ensuring that NetSuite fulfills the business requirements.
• Collect expectations from various functions and evaluate if NetSuite is meeting them.
• Establish and oversee the prioritized roadmap and backlog.
• Direct the ERP stabilization program from start to finish, including during peak seasons.
• Manage vendors, partners, governance, and budget effectively.
• Choose and oversee managed-services partners and make decisions regarding build versus buy.
• Develop and facilitate onboarding for business functions that are not yet utilizing NetSuite.
• Oversee change control for modifications impacting financial statements or closed periods.
• Determine the necessity of reopening closed months.
• Conduct daily sync meetings with the NetSuite Specialist and weekly cross-role syncs.
• Ensure that operational knowledge is captured in runbooks.
• Proven experience owning an ERP stabilization or post-implementation cleanup from start to finish, demonstrating a successful outcome.
• Background in managing vendors and budgets effectively.
• Proven experience in making decisions regarding build versus buy.
• Extensive expertise in NetSuite finance and month-end closing processes.
• Understanding of revenue recognition and deferred revenue.
• Familiarity with COGS and inventory costing.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation processes.
• Understanding of multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation.
• Ability to resolve booking disputes and make decisions on reopening closed periods.
• Practical knowledge of inventory and supply chain, order-to-cash processes, and subscription revenue management.
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders and enforcing prioritization decisions.
• Background in consumer products, e-commerce, or hardware sectors.
• Proven experience maintaining a system through peak seasons without regression.
• Approximately 8+ years of experience, including several years leading or managing a system, program, or team.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience with NetSuite OneWorld's multi-subsidiary and multi-currency functionalities.
• Nice to have: background in product management or managerial experience at a Big Four or similar firm.
