This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa, +3 more states.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the company's proprietary ERP system and become the internal subject matter expert.
• Create and present training materials, manuals, and walkthroughs for team members across various departments.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new users, ensuring they feel confident and proficient in using the system.
• Identify and address knowledge gaps proactively to prevent workflow issues.
• Act as the primary contact for inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting related to the ERP system.
• Quickly and accurately diagnose and resolve user issues.
• Escalate complex technical challenges to the relevant internal or external teams with complete context.
• Maintain a support log to track recurring issues, identifying patterns and systemic gaps.
• Develop and keep up-to-date comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, user guides, and process maps for all ERP workflows.
• Ensure that documentation remains current as the system evolves and new features are introduced.
• Guarantee that team members have access to precise and timely reference materials.
• Observe system usage and adoption throughout the organization, flagging areas of underutilization or confusion.
• Collect user feedback and present improvement suggestions to leadership and the development team.
• Assist in testing and implementing system updates, new modules, and changes in workflow.
• Demonstrated experience with at least one recognized ERP platform such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Acumatica, Epicor Prophet 21, Sage, Odoo, Infor, or SAP.
• Strong aptitude for quickly learning new systems and becoming a detailed subject matter expert without needing formal guidance.
• Experience in training or supporting non-technical end users within ERP or similar enterprise software environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to articulate complex system workflows in simple terms.
• Highly organized with meticulous documentation habits and attention to detail.
• Capable of patiently and clearly supporting users with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Self-motivated and dependable, with the capacity to independently manage a support function.
• A short Loom video is required for application; only candidates who submit one will advance to the next stage.
• Compensation in USD, paid bi-monthly (on the 15th and 30th).
