This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will assist automotive clients in enhancing their business processes and ensure these are effectively represented in Proalpha.
• You will evaluate customers' current business processes in the automotive sector and convert them into efficient solutions within the Proalpha standard software.
• Based on their needs, you will create functional specifications, simulate business processes in Proalpha, and methodically prepare integration tests.
• Serving as the liaison between the customer and development team, you will coordinate the implementation of functional requirements and act as a dependable point of contact throughout projects.
• You are accountable for delivering all phases of the project on schedule, within budget, and to the necessary quality standards, ensuring seamless project execution.
• By defining industry-specific best-practice processes, you will facilitate the continuous enhancement of our standard software in client projects.
• A completed degree or vocational training in business processes with a focus on the automotive sector.
• Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes in project environments, specifically within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of processes, knowledge of project management, experience as a (key) user of an ERP system, and proficient use of MS Office.
• Exceptional consulting and communication skills, an analytical and solution-oriented approach, along with a strong sense of personal responsibility and teamwork.
• Proficient in German and good English skills for effective communication in an international setting.
