ERP Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and engage in every stage of Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation projects, encompassing analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Collect and assess client business requirements and convert them into functional and technical ERP specifications.

• Configure and tailor Microsoft Dynamics ERP modules to meet specific business requirements.

• Offer expert advice to clients on ERP best practices and process optimization strategies.

• Create and present user training programs along with comprehensive documentation.

• Work alongside development teams on custom solutions, integrations, and data migrations.

• Perform system testing, detect defects, and manage resolutions.

• Deliver post-implementation support and troubleshooting assistance.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP, including Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, AX, or NAV.

• Demonstrated success in full-lifecycle ERP implementations.

• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and project management.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and both written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is an advantage.
