ERP Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conducting Discovery sessions with client stakeholders: documenting requirements for cash flow, inventory, settlements, and production operations.

• Describing operational chains (cash flow, inventory, purchases, sales, settlements).

• Comparing alternative platforms, developing a requirements matrix, and justifying the optimal solution based on the scale and budget of the client.

• Developing a data migration strategy: reference guides, contractors, inventory, and financial balances.

• Configuring business logic using Low-code/No-code tools on platforms.

• Creating User Stories for the development team, participating in sprints, and validating modules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in automating accounting, operational, or management accounting within the SMB segment.

• Practical experience with at least two different accounting platforms.

• Understanding of SaaS architecture: ability to extend functionality through API and No-code without affecting the core of the system.

• Knowledge of Ukrainian accounting: FOP (groups 1-3), LLC under the general system, VAT, PRRO/RRO, client-banking systems.

• Familiarity with inventory accounting: batches, FIFO/average cost, accounts receivable, settlements.

• Ability to visualize processes in BPMN 2.0 (Miro, Visio) or similar tools.

• Willingness to travel to client locations.

• Preferred: Experience as a freelance consultant or working in an integration company.

• Experience in Scrum teams (Jira, Confluence) as a Product Owner or systems BA.

• Experience in automating assembly production: assembly, completion, cost calculation in SMB systems.

• English proficiency at B2 level is a plus.
