ERP Business Analyst, AX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Implement, support, and enhance business applications, particularly focusing on Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 and AX2012.

• Educate and guide Business users on the functionalities of AX within their respective departments.

• Provide second line support for AX helpdesk tickets, taking direct responsibility to fulfill Customer Service Level agreements.

• Engage regularly and conduct proactive system analyses with Business Stakeholders, offering recommendations for improvements.

• Lead the prioritization of IT initiatives based on organizational needs/strategy, IT workload, and budget considerations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in IT or a related field, including project management, consulting, and business process re-engineering.

• A bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience/studies.

• Strong understanding of Business Processes within the Manufacturing sector.

• Certified proficiency in the Dynamics ERP environment.

• Skills in SQL scripting and report writing.

• Knowledge of networking infrastructure.

• Experience in disaster recovery testing for full production to ensure operational continuity.

• Familiarity with cloud-based applications and management, including Office 365 Suite, Microsoft Azure, and OCI.
