ERP Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Convert GWFG business processes into structured rules, configurations, and workflows within the Canopy system.

• Ensure that internal workflows in Canopy align with both functional specifications and security standards.

• Collaborate with the Enterprise Business Architect to collect, validate, and document requirements from client subject matter experts in finance, order management, warehouse/inventory, quality & compliance, and logistics sectors.

• Assist in the configuration and validation of each delivery Drop, which includes GL mapping and AP/AR routing rules, customer- and item-specific pricing guidelines, lot traceability and shelf-life rotation parameters, as well as route/carrier data flows.

• Engage in live demonstrations at each Drop milestone to confirm functionality in the staging sandbox and to progressively align with leadership.

• Work alongside the Data Engineer and Senior Test/QA lead to ensure that business rules are accurately represented in the migrated data and system operations.

• Facilitate system and user acceptance testing, incorporating user feedback during the post-deployment review process.

• Record functional and role-based security requirements to assist the Functional Application Analyst with access-control tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or ERP Analyst involved in ERP implementation, upgrades, or migration projects; hands-on experience with Aspen Canopy is advantageous.

• Proven ability to convert business requirements into system configurations, rules, and workflows.

• Knowledge of ERP security models and concepts related to role-based access.

• Experience in food/beverage manufacturing or distribution processes (such as catch weight, lot traceability, shelf-life management, and food safety compliance) is beneficial.

• Familiarity with iterative or continuous-delivery implementation methodologies is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders; adept at leading and engaging in requirements workshops, configuration reviews, and milestone demonstrations.
