This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main contact for shareholders, delivering outstanding service through incoming phone calls and email inquiries.
• Provide education to participants regarding their equity compensation plans and assist them in linking plan value to broader financial wellness objectives.
• Break down intricate subjects such as vesting, taxation, and exercise options into straightforward, actionable advice.
• Take responsibility for shareholder inquiries, ensuring their resolution through collaboration with internal partners and support teams.
• Assist with equity-related transactions including account setup, ESPP enrollment, and trade execution.
• Proactively engage with participants to answer questions and clarify plan activities and account management.
• Guarantee full compliance with FINRA, SEC, and Empower regulatory standards in all interactions and processes.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of participant education programs and operational workflows.
• Serve as a peer mentor by sharing best practices and promoting a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Stay informed about evolving industry trends, regulations, and product advancements to provide current guidance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 are mandatory; Series 65 (or 66) must be obtained within corporate-established timelines.
• FINRA fingerprinting is necessary.
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP®) Level 1 is required or must be achieved within 6–12 months of hiring.
• 1–2 years of experience in equity compensation, financial services, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of equity compensation vehicles such as RSUs, NSOs, ISOs, PSUs, SARs, and ESPPs.
• Solid grasp of financial planning concepts and the ability to link equity topics to overall financial wellness.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, stock plan platforms, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
• Proven professionalism, reliability, and strong ethical standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote setting with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
