Equipment Finance Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Oversee current MTEFC business relationships alongside senior management.

• Engage the existing customer base to generate new financing opportunities.

• Evaluate customers' experience, financial status, and collateral to determine their needs.

• Provide insights into industry trends and customer intelligence to senior management.

• Support senior management in sales training initiatives.

• Collaborate with management and support teams to enhance success and efficiency.

• Act as the organization's representative in the marketplace.

• Comprehend and comply with the company’s risk management and regulatory standards.

• Uphold internal control standards and implement audit recommendations as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience, or 11 years of higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 7 years in relevant roles.

• Previous experience in credit underwriting is essential.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Proficient analytical skills are necessary.
