This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Become part of a premier AI research project dedicated to developing high-quality training data by pinpointing outstanding subject-matter experts in Law, Finance, Healthcare, and Engineering.
• Conduct structured interviews lasting approximately 20 minutes with selected subject-matter experts, utilizing a standardized evaluation rubric.
• Evaluate candidates based on their domain expertise, communication abilities, professionalism, and fit for AI evaluation projects.
• Confirm candidate availability, work authorization, scheduling flexibility, and exclusivity requirements while identifying any potential issues or concerns.
• Provide clear hiring recommendations (Advance, Hold, or Pass) backed by concise, evidence-based evaluation summaries.
• Manage interview scheduling and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Work collaboratively with the program team to maintain consistent evaluation standards and uphold hiring quality in all candidate assessments.
• Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, interviewing, or expert-vetting with the ability to confidently assess senior-level professionals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to conduct structured, engaging, and professional interviews while effectively managing time.
• Strong judgment and the ability to assess candidates objectively against established criteria.
• Comfortable documenting interview results through clear, concise, and well-supported written feedback.
• Availability during weekday business hours, with some overlap in the U.S. Eastern Time zone.
• Ability to commit approximately **10 hours per week** reliably in a fully remote setting.
• Experience in recruiting or interviewing professionals in technical or specialized fields such as Law, Finance, Healthcare, Engineering, or other expert-driven industries (preferred).
• Familiarity with competency-based interviewing, structured evaluation rubrics, or assessment frameworks (preferred).
• Previous experience supporting AI training, data annotation, expert networks, research operations, or similar evaluation-focused programs is a plus (preferred).
