EPM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Play a vital role throughout the entire project lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, application configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to implement scalable, efficient, and automated EPM solutions that enhance financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Configure and support components of the Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) application.

• Assist in the design and implementation of data integrations between ERP systems and EPM applications.

• Conduct user training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer to client teams and support organizations.

• Work in partnership with finance teams, IT, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM implementations.

• Significant expertise in:

• - FCCS (consolidation, eliminations, translation, journals)

• - EPBCS/PBCS (planning, budgeting, forecasting, calculations)

• Demonstrated experience in application build, configuration, and testing (not limited to support).

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, particularly in consolidation and planning processes.

• Experience with Smart View, forms, dashboards, and calculation manager.

• Preferred Skills:

• - Experience with Data Integration / Data Management (FDMEE or Cloud Data Integration).

• - Familiarity with EPM Automate, Groovy scripting, or automation tools.

• - Exposure to ERP-to-EPM integrations.

• - Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud implementation methodology and best practices.
