📋 Description

• Actively engage as a member of ICON's Epidemiology Team.

• Take charge of project deliverables, client relationships, and proposal preparation.

• Create study designs and develop protocols, statistical analysis plans, and clinical study reports.

• Collaborate with clients, clinical professionals, statisticians, epidemiologists, and health economists.

• Support observational studies, including chart reviews and studies utilizing secondary data.

• Design or collaborate on questionnaires, case report forms, consent forms, and other data collection instruments.

• Prepare or collaborate on final reports, publications, manuscripts, abstracts, and materials for conference presentations.

• Contribute to activities that enhance client engagement.

• Establish and nurture client relationships.

• Help build business connections within Insights, Evidence & Value and with ICON Clinical Research.

• Assist in proposal writing and client communication.

• Foster an open and honest work environment while facilitating knowledge transfer.

• Provide mentorship to other team members.

• Contribute to process enhancements and streamlined operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree or MPH is required.

• Exceptional organizational skills, including both written and verbal communication.

• Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Strong oral and written communication abilities along with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Over 5 years of experience in applied epidemiology, preferably within a pharmaceutical or CRO environment.

• A strong eagerness to learn and acquire an in-depth understanding of the department's functions.

• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

• Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to departmental needs.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
