This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in guiding the strategic direction and implementation of client projects related to Epic Willow.
• Deliver advanced application support aimed at enhancing system performance, optimizing workflow efficiency, and elevating end-user satisfaction.
• Engage in the analysis, design, construction, and refinement of Willow Inpatient or Ambulatory workflows.
• Diagnose intricate issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of builds, workflows, and processes is maintained.
• Contribute to the development of internal knowledge bases, documentation, and training resources.
• Assist in managing change control processes.
• Track and report on SLAs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Foster communication among teams.
• Epic Willow Inpatient or Willow Ambulatory certification (mandatory).
• 3-5+ years of practical experience with Epic applications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of medication workflows, pharmacy operations, and clinical integration points.
• Experience in supporting ticket maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and workflow enhancements.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and structured support methodologies.
• Excellent communication abilities in a collaborative, client-facing environment.
• Capacity to prioritize competing demands while ensuring high-quality work and consistent service.
