Epic Beaker Analyst – AP and CP

📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in facilitating the strategic direction and implementation of medium-priority client contracts that involve Epic EHR software, ensuring effective coordination between internal teams and clients to achieve contract goals.

• Provide expert guidance and assistance to both internal teams and clients, leveraging your extensive knowledge of Epic EHR software to enhance system performance and improve user experience.

• Contribute to the analysis, design, and execution of Epic EHR system solutions for client contracts, ensuring adherence to quality specifications and smooth integration with client workflows.

• Assist in troubleshooting intricate issues within the Epic EHR system for client contracts by conducting detailed analyses to identify root causes and recommending solutions to enhance system stability and user satisfaction.

• Clearly document Epic EHR system configurations, workflows, and processes, making the documentation accessible to both technical teams and end users.

• Support the development and upkeep of internal documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials centered on Epic EHR software to promote team collaboration and process consistency.

• Aid in the change control process for Epic EHR related to client contracts, ensuring a smooth transition of application builds and compliance with internal standards.

• Contribute to various initiatives and internal projects related to Epic EHR software, providing technical insights and assisting in the development of documentation that reflects contract outcomes and lessons learned.

• Monitor and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Epic EHR system performance in relation to client contracts, identifying potential issues and recommending improvements for future planning.

• Facilitate clear communication between teams, ensuring thorough documentation of decisions and follow-up actions concerning client contracts involving Epic EHR.

⛳️ Requirements

• Epic AP certification or CP certification with a proven record of successful implementations and optimizations.

• Over 4 years of hands-on experience in providing application support, implementation, or training within the Epic ecosystem, demonstrating a deep understanding of the platform's complexities.

• Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes.
