This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.
• Conduct system analysis and design for Epic applications, covering requirements, specifications, configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation.
• Offer application support, troubleshooting, training, and reporting services.
• Assist with integrated third-party applications.
• Act as a liaison between TSG groups, clients, and vendors.
• Perform foundational to intermediate analysis of Epic application design.
• Plan implementations and enhance application utilization.
• Address issues with minimal to moderate supervision, track problems, and provide updates.
• Manage assigned responsibilities and support project tasks while adhering to deadlines.
• Engage in requirements gathering and help facilitate design sessions.
• Analyze client business requirements under the guidance of senior analysts.
• Create documentation and reference materials.
• Develop a solid understanding of assigned Epic modules and system integrations.
• Follow application change management protocols.
• Monitor work efforts, including time, tasks, incidents, and enhancements.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, colleagues, and leadership in a matrixed environment.
• Associate degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, business, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• At least 2 years of related experience required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum of 2 vendor and/or industry certifications/proficiencies as specified by management.
• Maintain certification/proficiency in a relevant Epic module.
• Proactive team player capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Capacity to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Flexibility to prioritize multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and vendors.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment and understanding bimodal work principles.
• Willingness to work beyond standard hours, including on-call rotation after hours.
